Job summary

Dexterra Group is hiring a part-time janitor to help keep a mall in Norfolk, VA clean and ready for opening and closing. You will perform routine cleaning, sweep, mop, maintain washrooms, and ensure sidewalks are clear.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mall is ready for opening and cleaned at closing
• Keep sidewalks clean of garbage
• Leaf blowing and power washing areas
• Remove garbage from waste containers and clean walkways
• Maintain cleanliness of washrooms with hourly checks and restocking
• Perform general cleaning tasks and use appropriate cleaning practices and equipment
• Support safety by disposing of hazardous materials per regulations
