Culver’s is seeking a dedicated Porter/Maintenance Technician to keep restaurant facilities and equipment in top condition. Start times vary between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, depending on the day. You’ll open doors, service equipment, stock kitchens, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and crew.

Porters perform routine maintenance, manage inventory rotation, and contribute to a clean, well-kept restaurant. This role emphasizes dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely and accurate way.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Maintain the building exterior, grounds, and inventory areas including snow removal and landscaping.
• Rotate stock and store food correctly using FIFO, monitoring shelf life and dates.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely and effectively.
• A typical workday starts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
