Compost Crew, Inc., a growing organics recycling company, seeks a Driver - No CDL Required for our DC Residential operations in Upper Marlboro, MD. This full-time, on-site role requires one year of DOT-regulated driving experience within the last three years and a valid U.S. driver license.

Starting pay is $20–$21 per hour with overtime eligibility and full-time schedule. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a safe, respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• Requires at least one year DOT-regulated full-time driving experience in the last 3 years (16–20 ft box truck or larger).
• U.S.-issued driver license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical card and pass drug/alcohol test (company pays).
• Willingness to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed.
