Compost Crew is seeking a Driver (No CDL Required) in Rockville. This full-time, on-site role requires a year of DOT-regulated driving experience in the last three years and a U.S. driver license in good standing.

Starting pay is $20-$21/hr, with benefits and opportunities for growth in a fast-growing organics recycling company. Work is based at Carroll Ave Office with Mon-Fri full-time hours; weekend opportunities and overtime eligible. Safety, service, and teamwork are emphasized.

Does this describe you?

• At least one year full-time DOT-regulated driving experience in the last 3 years (driving a 16 - 20 ft. box truck or larger)
• U.S-issued driver license in good standing
• Clean driving record
• Ability to obtain DOT medical card & pass drug and alcohol test (company pays for exam & test)
• At least 21 years old
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds up to 200 times per day
• Ability to get in and out of truck up to 200 times per day
• Reliable attendance for weekday work schedule that starts at 6:00 am and finishes between 1 pm and 2 pm
• Access to transportation for commute to 12343 Carroll Ave, Rockville, MD 20852
• Willingness to safely handle food scraps
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future
  Position range $20.00/hr. - $25.80/hr. for in-service Drivers
