Eggs Up Grill in Easley, SC is seeking a Line Cook/Prep Cook to join a fast-paced team. You will set up stations, prepare ingredients, and cook menu items while maintaining high quality and safety standards from ServSafe practices.

The role requires teamwork, efficiency, and a positive attitude during busy shifts. Shifts run 6:00am–2:00pm, with opportunities to contribute across kitchen stations and support staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef/prep cook.
• Familiarity and fluency in kitchen terminology
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, procedures, and equipment
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with industry best practices
• Willingness to pursue ServSafe certification is a plus

Responsabilités

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Clean up station and kitchen
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out at high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Complete Temperature Logs and Checklists for daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Participate in all roles in the kitchen as required, including as dishwasher when needed
