Qualifications

• Previous Line Cook experience required.
• Must have food safety certification.
• English literacy in reading, writing and speaking.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to established recipes and yield guides.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Communicate daily assignments and changes to Head Cook or Sous Chef.
• Assist in managing kitchen operations during peak periods for timely service.
• Follow plating guides to ensure consistent presentation.
