Job summary

Redstone Market & Butcher is seeking an AM Opening Kitchen team member to start at 4am, with weekends and UGA home games required. Follow Redstone recipes, policies, and procedures and work as a cooperative team member.

You will prepare breakfast for a 6am opening and assist in lunch setup and lunch menu items per Redstone standards. Strong communication and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions are essential.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for a 4am shift
• Weekends are required
• UGA home games are required
• Ability to follow Redstone recipes, policies, and procedures
• Team player
• Able to follow written and verbal instruction
• Strong communication skills among team mates and management
• Self motivated with a sense of urgency to meet time line requirements
• Prepare breakfast per Redstone standards for a 6am opening
• Assist in lunch set up and preparing lunch menu items per Redstone standards
• Some Prep-work required
