Job summary

Morning Hotel Cook at Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale North/Perimeter Center is seeking a reliable kitchen teammate for early morning shifts. You will prepare and cook menu items, ensure plate presentation, and support a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Requirements include 1 year of cooking experience, ability to work 4–5 days a week, Monday through Friday, 5am–11am. We offer growth opportunities, team benefits, and hotel discounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks food, ensuring attractive plate presentation.
• Knowledge of menu and recipes, including preparation procedures, plating, garnishment, portions, and presentation.
• Maintains first in / first out inventory controls and dates all incoming products.
• Keeps lines and storage stocked with all items and utensils needed for service.
• Maintains a clean kitchen by cleaning all work surfaces and equipment daily.
• Maintains all food storage areas, dry and refrigerated, organized and clean.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Prepares and cooks food, ensuring attractive plate presentation
• Possess complete knowledge of menu and recipes, including preparation procedures, plating, garnishment, portions size and presentation / special handling instructions
• Maintains first in / first out inventory controls and dates all incoming products
• Keeps the lines and storage stocked with all items and utensils needed for service
• Maintains a clean kitchen by cleaning all work surfaces used in food preparation on an ongoing basis, as well as the kitchen equipment used daily
• Maintains all food storage areas, dry and refrigerated, organized and clean
