Job summary

Spa Ojai in Ojai, CA is seeking a section worker to support groundskeeping on the golf course under the supervision of the course superintendent. The role involves safely operating maintenance equipment and performing routine grounds tasks around the golf course and hotel grounds.

Qualifications

• Valid California driver's license required.
• Friendly, team-oriented with ability to follow directions.
• Able to work early mornings and some weekends/holidays.
• Ability to follow SOPs and the Ojai Valley Inn Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate golf course maintenance equipment.
• Fill divots and repair ball marks on greens.
• Rake, edge, and maintain bunkers.
• Operate walking greens mower.
• Assist with daily maintenance on the golf course and hotel grounds, including loading/unloading materials, trimming trees, removing cuttings, laying sod, and drainage/irrigation work.
