Job summary

Founders-National-Golf-LLC is seeking a part-time groundskeeper to maintain all aspects of the golf course grounds, including tees, fairways, greens, and bunkers. You will operate greens equipment, spread pine straw, mulch, and perform weed control while ensuring daily course readiness.

Candidates should be able to work outside in varying weather, walk several miles, lift up to 70 lbs, and collaborate with team members to uphold safety and course quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have working knowledge of golf course operations.
• Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind).
• Must be able to walk a minimum of five miles daily, lift 70 lbs, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all aspects of property grounds.
• Mow tees, collars, approaches, fairways, rough, greens (walking or riding greens mower only).
• Set up golf course for daily play.
• Spread pine straw and mulch, spray weeds.
• Promote a positive working environment and teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
