Job summary

Jeff's bagel run is coming to Gainesville this summer and seeks energetic, team-minded individuals to join a fast-paced bakery crew. Training is provided to learn our bagel process, with shifts starting as early as 5–7am and opportunities for full- or part-time work.

The role emphasizes great customer service, reliability, and teamwork. Responsibilities include cash handling, front-of-house duties, and assisting bakers, with a focus on quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or restaurant is a bonus.
• Willing to learn the bagel business and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service and operate as part of a team.
• Run front of house and assist in food prep (bagels and cream cheese).
• Open and close the bakery on time; manage cash register and inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized work area and safe environment.
• Support bakers and front-of-house staff as needed.
