Job summary

Jeff's bagel run is opening in Gainesville this summer. We seek friendly, fast-paced teammates to bake bagels, serve smiles, and deliver great customer service. Training is provided to learn our process.

Shifts start early and can total 15–40 hours per week. You will handle front-of-house duties, light prep, cash handling, and cleaning while supporting bakers and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or bakery is a bonus; we train the right person.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• General customer service is the top priority.
• Run front of house solo or as a team.
• Operate cash register and assist in food prep.
• Maintain front lobby and perform inventory counts.
• Support bakers when needed and keep area clean.
• Open store on time and close it at end of shift.
• Ensure equipment is clean and sanitized.
• Work environment must be safe and organized.
• Shifts may start 5–7am; weekend availability required.
