Job summary

UNIVISA is seeking Welcome Desk staff to be the first line of contact for Anatomy members and guests, providing superior customer service for membership questions, facility inquiries, and merchandise purchases.

You will maintain a positive demeanor, enforce policies, process payments, and use Club Ready POS; flexibility to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Responds to members requests with a can-do attitude; escalate to manager if needed.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction.
• Cooperative, positive and optimistic attitude.
• Enthusiasm for the club and the job.
• Patient, courteous listener with empathy.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with prompt, courteous service.
• Assist members with questions and product selection.
• Maintain a positive attitude and initiative within the team.
• Maintain clear communication within the team and across shifts.
• Maintain knowledge of front desk products and club offerings.
• Operate Club Ready POS for memberships, Pilates, Stretch, and merchandise sales.
• Provide answers to simple billing inquiries.
• Search for prospects and members; uphold Anatomy aesthetics and culture.
• Work as a cohesive team with Anatomy staff for efficiency.
