UFP Industries is seeking a Forklift Operator I in Minnesota to move material between inventory and production, maintain accurate records, and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities include stacking, labeling, and preparing goods for shipment while adhering to safety rules and company policies. The role requires basic math skills and a valid forklift licensing process. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school level education required or equivalent; GED or diploma preferred but not required.
• Forklift driving experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic math and inventory techniques knowledge is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to complete forklift licensing.

Responsabilités

• Move material from inventory to production and back.
• Band, wrap, and label finished goods.
• Move finished goods to inventory yard or warehouse.
• Assist production with bottlenecks and material needs.
• Perform general preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Complete pre-shift startup equipment checklist and report issues.
• Keep inventory yard organized and clean.
• Complete production records as required.
• Follow forklift safety rules and company policies.
• Participate in safety, CI and other programs.
