Job summary

DelGrosso Foods is seeking a production associate to operate and monitor multiple packaging lines in our Pennsylvania facility. You will handle labels, trays, kettles, and packing operations, ensuring accuracy and safety to meet product quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand long shifts (10–12 hours) 5–6 days a week. Teamwork and sanitation are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prefer high school diploma or GED.
• Must have basic knowledge of machine operations.
• Must be able to stand up to 10 to 12 hours per day, 5-6 days per week.
• Must be able to operate a hand truck and successfully complete training.
• Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor labels and ensure labels are properly placed on jars.
• Oversee label room/UPS shipments and inventory records.
• Tray packer loading: ensure correct packaging and operation.
• Maintain kettle production separation after cooling tunnels.
• Enter data on computer touch screens and operate scanners.
• Safely operate hand truck and wear required PPE.
• Maintain records of core temperature and vacuum as jars exit cooling tunnels.
