Charlie's Produce is seeking a Food Processor for the Cook Chill Department to work on-site with regular facility attendance. You will help prepare high‑quality food products while upholding strict food safety standards and batch documentation.

The role supports daily production goals and requires adherence to recipes, safety guidelines, and quality control. Schedule is 4:00 am–12:30 pm, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production, commercial kitchens, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, batch sheets, and safety instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure, wash, trim, and prepare raw ingredients according to batch recipes.
• Operate cook chill kettles, mixers, blenders, and portioning equipment.
• Monitor chiller and cooling cycles to ensure product safety and quality.
• Follow standardized recipes and production sheets with high accuracy.
• Package finished products using vacuum seal or portion control systems.
• Monitor product quality, consistency, and adherence to recipes and specifications.
• Conduct and document required temperature checks.
