Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring all logistics associates meet DOT and CMV requirements.
• Oversee the delivery of the product to the customer.
• Train new logistics associates on SGWS policies and procedures.
• Maintain the Road Net software and route documentation.
• Ensure fleet maintenance and safety issues are addressed.
• Recruitment and hiring of logistics staff.
