Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a logistics team member to support the logistics manager with associate calls, new associate training, and equipment maintenance. You will help oversee delivery, ensure compliance with DOT/CMV requirements, and maintain Road Net software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist logistics manager with associate calls, customer calls, and training.
• Oversee delivery of the product to customers and ensure policies are followed.
• Ensure DOT and CMV requirements are met for all associates.
• Maintain Road Net software and fleet maintenance.
• Coach and counsel associates on performance via surveys.
• Monitor schedules and staffing to meet productivity targets.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring of logistics staff.
• Train logistics employees on SGWS policies.
• Conduct monthly safety trainings per SGWS Safety Policy.
