Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Depot Supervisor – Mid-Shift for the Urbandale Cross-Dock. You will work Tue–Fri, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM, closing the depot nightly, audit driver paperwork, manage DOT compliance, and oversee truck maintenance.

Responsible for assisting the logistics manager, training associates, and maintaining equipment while ensuring safety policies and route changes are communicated daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DOT and CMV compliance for logistics associates.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
• Train new logistics staff on SGWS policies and safety.
• Maintain Road Net software and ensure fleet maintenance.
• Monitor staffing and route changes; drive continuous improvement.
