Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking entry-level team members in Fort Wayne, IN to gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks including customer service and store operations. You may assist with carts, parking lot duties, snow removal, returns, cleaning, and coordination with multiple store departments to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes being highly organized with strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while safely handling duties and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside to inside.
• Coordinate and collect parking lot, lawn, and store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment where required.
• Perform perishable and salvage returns and basic cleaning.
• Support service desk, store entrance, lanes, and parking areas.
• Collaborate with departments across store.
