Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level team member for our Commerce, CA store. You will gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks across services provided by our store, product and customer service teams.

Responsibilities include cart retrieval, trash collection, basic cleaning, snow removal when needed, and assisting service desks and departments. We value organization, listening and communication in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist while handling products or using equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at service desk and store entrances.
• Retrieve and return shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Coordinate and collect trash from parking lot, lawn and inside store.
• Operate snow removal equipment where needed.
• Assist multiple departments and maintain store cleanliness.
