Qualifications

• 1 year operating a vehicle requiring a CDL.
• 1 year equivalent military driving within the last 7 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the country.
• Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports.
• Pre-employment screening including drug screen and physical.
• CDL Class A with air-brake endorsement OR CDL Class B with air-brake endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle per Safety/Life Critical Rules, OSHA and DOT requirements.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Reports unsafe situations to Operations Manager or Dispatch.
• Attends required training programs and meetings.
• Maintains route efficiency and communicates with Operations Manager.
• Notifies of incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Completes end-of-day documentation and checkout processes.
