Right at Home Fremont is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in Hayward and surrounding areas. Enjoy flexible 4–10 hour day shifts with competitive pay of $19–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Active HCA License with valid PER ID with State of California.
• Genuine compassion for older adults.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass background check and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team.
