Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers in Hayward. Location is San Leandro, CA, offering flexible 4–10 hour day shifts with competitive hourly pay. The role includes paid sick leave, weekly pay, uniform and gear, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing training through Right at Home University.

Eligible candidates have at least 3 months caregiving experience and an active CA HCA license. TB screening and background checks are required; reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow care plans and communicate with the team.
