The role focuses on delivering friendly hospitality, efficient service, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment in Fort Worth, TX. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, and the schedule includes early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly in the breakfast area to start their day.
• Monitor breakfast traffic and manage seating flow for smooth service.
• Assist guests with seating and accessibility needs as required.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and hotel team about guest volume and needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the breakfast area and host stand.
• Answer questions about breakfast hours, offerings, and hotel amenities.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer assistance as appropriate.
• Handle guest concerns calmly and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Support breakfast operations during peak times with light resets and restocking.
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold Hyatt Place standards.
