Landed is hiring Bakers to meet growing demand for hand-rolled, boiled, and baked fresh bagels. You’ll start early in a fast-paced kitchen and perform a hands-on, physical role focused on consistency and quality.

You will boil, top, and bake bagels to spec with training provided, operate a rotating oven and mixers, and prepare ingredients like cream cheese and veggies. The job also involves cleaning, inventory tasks, and occasional front-of-house support.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a hot kitchen and handle physical tasks.
• Early start required (4am–5am shifts).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Boil, top, and bake bagels to spec (training provided).
• Operate a rotating oven and mixing equipment.
• Mix, weigh, and cut dough precisely.
• Prep ingredients (like cream cheese and veggies).
• Bake cookies and other side items.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace.
• Help with inventory, opening, and closing tasks.
• Occasionally jump in to help front of house during busy moments.
