Job summary

Landed is hiring bakers to meet daily demand for hand-rolled, boiled, and freshly baked bagels. You’ll start early (4am–5am) in a fast-paced kitchen and handle physical tasks with pride in consistent quality.

Responsibilities include boiling, topping, and baking bagels, operating a rotating oven and mixers, weighing dough, prepping cream cheese and veggies, and maintaining a clean workspace; occasional front-of-house support during peak times.

Qualifications

• Bagel production experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Mix, weigh, and cut dough precisely
• Prep ingredients (like cream cheese and veggies)
• Bake cookies and other side items

• Occasionally jump in to help front of house during busy moments
