Job summary

Buschs is seeking an Accounting/Receiving Associate (Early Morning) for part-time, on-site work in Michigan. Starting wage up to $15.25/hr with experience; 401K with company match and Daily Pay available.

The role focuses on cash office procedures, verifying deliveries, balancing invoices, and maintaining backroom/receiving areas. Proficiency in Excel/Word and HiLo pallet jack certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Hi Lo / Powered Pallet Jack certification desired.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and email; able to learn proprietary applications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all cash office and back door security procedures.
• Balance cash drawers and perform register audits; lane accountability; accurate bank deposits.
• Inventory, order, and balance lottery tickets, stamps and change.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and ensure accurate deliveries and credits.
• Organize and maintain backroom, Receiving office and cash office.
• Receive and verify product deliveries and returns; reconcile vendor invoices.
• Generate reports timely – vouchers and debit recaps, purchases against sales.
• Assist guests with questions, store charges and special orders.
