Job summary

Busch’s is hiring for an Accounting/Receiving Associate at our West Bloomfield, Michigan location. This on-site, full-time role offers a starting wage up to $16.50 per hour with experience and includes a 401K with company match and Daily Pay options.

Join our family-owned Michigan team to handle cash office duties, inventory, and vendor coordination while delivering friendly and hospitable service to guests and vendors alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Hi Lo / Powered Pallet Jack certification is desirable.
• Analytical skills and ability to investigate and solve transaction, vendor, payroll or store book errors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Email; able to learn proprietary applications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all cash office and back door security procedures.
• Assist in cash office tasks: balance cash drawers, perform register audits, lane accountability, deposits, bank reconciliations.
• Inventory, order, and balance lottery tickets, stamps and change.
• Operate POS, check in vendors, and organize backroom and cash office.
• Record associate attendance and manage store forms.
• Receive and verify product deliveries and returns; reconcile vendor invoices.
