Job summary

Busch's is hiring for an Accounting/Receiving Associate (Early Morning) to join our Michigan family-owned team. This on-site, part-time role focuses on cash office procedures, inventory, and vendor relations while supporting the receiving process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Hi Lo / Powered Pallet Jack certification/experience preferred.
• Analytical skills to investigate and solve transaction, vendor, payroll or store book errors.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word and email; able to learn proprietary applications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all cash office and back door security procedures.
• Assist in cash office operations: balance drawers, audits, deposits, and coupons.
• Inventory, order and balance lottery tickets, stamps and change.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships and ensure deliveries and credits.
• Organize backroom, Receiving and cash offices; verify product deliveries.
• Enter received/credited items in JB Mobile system and reconcile invoices.
• Generate voucher and debit recap reports; assist guests with questions.
