Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a 1st Shift Distribution Associate at our Suffern, NY location. This hourly role pays $21.00–$22.50 and features early-morning schedules: 2am–10:30am Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, or 3am–11:30am or 4am–12:30pm shifts.

The candidate will unload and palletize furniture, operate lift equipment, load trailers, and ensure product integrity and safety. A high school diploma and the ability to lift heavy items are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Work well with others and function in a team environment.
• Safely operate all required equipment.
• Must be able to move extremities and the spine through a functional range of motion for safe product handling.

Responsibilities

• Unload case goods, bedding and/or upholstered furniture using a two-wheel hand cart and assistance when needed.
• Palletize product and box product when necessary.
• Operate mobile lift equipment to bin product and place incoming product into warehouse racks.
• Retrieve product from aisle racks based on load sheet and load trailers.
• Identify and pick up breakage and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Inspect for damaged product and do not ship damaged items.
