The Distribution Warehouse Associate at Raymour & Flanigan meets the minimal physical demands consistent with a classification of Very-HEAVY. This rating is set forth by The United States Department of Labor.
As a Distribution Warehouse Associate, the associate is exposed to a few slip and trip hazards. Pallets on the floor, wet weather, cold/hot temperatures on the loading dock and out in the yard. Warehouse temperature is mechanically heated, not cooled. The worker is exposed to cold, as they are required to work in and out of unheated trailers.
