Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Distribution Warehouse Associate in Connecticut to unload, stage, palletize, and load goods in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will operate lift equipment and ensure product integrity and safety while meeting throughput targets.

The role emphasizes teamwork, physical stamina, and adherence to safety protocols. Candidates must be able to work independently or with others and maintain housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Work well with others and function in a team environment.
• Safely operate all required equipment.
• Must be able to move extremities and the spine through a functional range of motion for safe material handling.
• Sufficient strength to perform tasks from floor to overhead.
• Ability to lift, carry and push-pull.
• Balance to maintain equilibrium in all positions.

Responsibilities

• Unload case goods, bedding and/or upholstered furniture with a two-wheel hand cart and assistance as needed.
• Stage and load/unload products for shipping or storage in the warehouse.
• Palletize and box products as required.
• Operate mobile lift equipment to bin product and place into racks.
• Retrieve products from aisles based on load sheet and load trailers.
