Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Distribution Warehouse Associate to join our team in Manchester, CT. You will unload, palletize, and ship furniture while following safety standards and working with a small team.

This role involves operating manual carts and lift equipment, meeting rate and accuracy targets, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. A high school diploma is required and the role involves lifting and moving heavy loads in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Safely operate required equipment.
• Physical capability to lift, push and move heavy loads.
• Stand and move for extended periods; work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Unload case goods and furniture with cart and assistance.
• Palletize and box products as needed.
• Operate mobile lift to bin products and place in racks.
• Retrieve products from racks using load sheets and load trailers.
• Inspect for damaged products and prevent shipment of damaged items.
• Maintain housekeeping and meet rate/accuracy standards.
• Communicate professionally with teammates and management.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by management.
