Job summary

Club Z! Tutoring in Rockville, MD is seeking a Pre-K and Kindergarten Tutor for in-person, one-on-one sessions with young learners in the greater Rockville, Bethesda, and Silver Spring areas.

You will develop personalized activity-based plans, track progress, and communicate goals with families, helping children build foundational math, reading, writing, and SEL skills.

Flexible scheduling, starting pay of $30/hour, and a supportive company culture are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Passion for teaching young learners.
• Strong knowledge of Kindergarten and early elementary education basics (ELA and numeracy).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience with younger students preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person, one-on-one tutoring sessions with Pre-K and early elementary students in the Rockville, Bethesda, and Silver Spring areas.
