Job summary

Ampact is hiring Early Learning Tutors for the 2026-27 school year in Waite Park, Minnesota. Tutors will work 35 hours weekly, assisting preschoolers in developing early literacy and math skills within classrooms. Essential qualifications include being dependable, having a high school diploma, and fluency in English. Part-time positions are available at 25 hours per week. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• History of good attendance required.
• Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.
• Fluency in English required for speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day.
• Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores into tracking software.
