Ampact is searching for an Early Learning Tutor to join the Early Learning Corps and support preschool education in Northdale, Minnesota. This role involves working directly with pre-kindergarten students, promoting literacy and math skills through engaging activities. Tutors will collaborate with teachers and receive tailored coaching to enhance their impact.

Ideal candidates must be dependable, fluent in English, and have at least a high school diploma. Full-time tutors can expect a commitment of 35 hours per week during school hours, with part-time positions available as well.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and a citizen or resident of the United States.
• History of good attendance and dependability.
• Able to follow instructions and adapt based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day.
• Track student progress and meet with the school's coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter scores into tracking software.
