Job summary

Ampact is seeking Early Learning Tutors for the 2026-27 school year in Minneapolis, MN. Tutors will help preschoolers develop essential skills in a pre-kindergarten setting. Responsibilities include supporting learning activities, tracking progress, and conducting assessments. Candidates must be 18+, possess a high school diploma, and be fluent in English. Opportunities are available for both full-time (35 hours/week) and part-time (25 hours/week) positions, with flexible scheduling and significant professional development support offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day.
• Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores into tracking software.
