Job summary

The YMCA of Metro Atlanta seeks an Early Learning Readiness Facilitator to support the delivery of the ELR program across multiple sites, including the Robert D. Fowler Family YMCA in Norcross.

You will help children and caregivers engage in two-hour sessions, promoting social-emotional and cognitive development. You'll travel locally to program sites, set up learning centers, and collaborate with caregivers, ensuring safety and high-quality learning experiences while maintaining required

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• CDA Certificate preferred OR 3 years of equivalent ECE experience.
• Must be 21+ and able to drive a cargo van within a 30-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver early learning activities and curriculum.
• Engage with caregivers and children during two-hour sessions.
• Drive program van to sites daily.
• Set up learning centers and load equipment.
• Maintain certifications and incident reporting.
