Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood or related field preferred.
• Early learning classroom experience in a lead role required.
• Experience providing coaching, training, or technical assistance to early learning professionals.
• Knowledge of Practice Based Coaching and early learning systems.
• Working knowledge of the Pyramid Model preferred.
• Ability to document services and outcomes and complete reports.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and technical assistance using an evidence-informed cycle with goals and feedback.
• Build partnerships with early learning providers and tailor supports.
• Use data and assessments to guide progress and improve practices.
• Support providers with social-emotional, inclusive, equitable practices.
• Deliver in-person and distance supports, review materials, and provide follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal staff and partners to meet program requirements.
• Assist with program approvals, licensure, and workforce registries.
• Facilitate cohorts and communities of practice for peer learning.
• Develop and deliver professional learning opportunities (virtual/in-person).
• Support career pathways and workforce retention in the service region.
• Plan provider outreach and engage priority populations.
• Represent the organization at meetings and provide community education.
• Maintain confidential documentation and required data reporting.
• Collect, analyze, and report data for evaluation and funding needs.
• Schedule trainings and maintain coaching records.
• Provide responsive customer service to providers and community members.
• Maintain ongoing professional development and qualifications.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, travel, and overnight stays.
