Job summary

Douglas ESD in Roseburg, OR seeks a Quality Improvement Program Facilitator for the Childcare Resources & Referral department. This 240-day, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day role begins immediately.

You will coach providers, support recruitment/retention, help implement the Pyramid Model, and document outcomes to meet program requirements. The role involves coordinating with staff and partners and offering professional learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and providing technical assistance to early learning professionals.
• Knowledge of Practice Based Coaching, adult learning principles, and early learning systems.
• Working knowledge of the Pyramid Model preferred.
• Ability to accurately document services and outcomes and complete required reports.
• Ability to pass ODE Central Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide relationship-based, job-embedded coaching using an evidence-informed cycle with goals, observation, feedback and follow-up.
• Build and sustain strengths-based partnerships with providers and adapt supports to needs.
• Use coaching data and assessments to guide supports and monitor progress.
• Support inclusive and equitable practices in environments and strategies.
• Offer in-person and distance supports, including training reviews and resource connections.
• Coordinate with staff and partners to align supports and meet program requirements.
• Guide providers through state and regional early learning systems and compliance processes.
• Facilitate cohorts and communities of practice to promote peer learning and provider voice.
• Develop and deliver professional learning opportunities, from entry-level to advanced.
• Assist providers with professional development planning and career pathways.
• Outline outreach and engagement strategies to reach priority populations.
• Represent the organization at community meetings and educate about childcare needs.
• Maintain confidential, timely documentation and data entry.
• Deliver responsive customer service to providers and partners.
