The YWCA Greater Pittsburgh is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Early Learning, Child Development & Education programs. You will help coordinate quality programs across toddler through Pre-K classrooms, ensuring compliance with PA Early Learning Standards, NAEYC and CACFP requirements while assisting with classroom instruction as needed.

You will plan activities, supervise staff, maintain records, and engage with families and the community.

Formación

• Must meet one of the education/experience combinations listed.
• Serve Safe Certification is required or preferred.
• Experience with DHS, NAEYC, CACFP standards is preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily activities and supervise Assistant Group Supervisors in the absence of the Group Supervisor.
• Work with Director or Group Supervisor on goal areas after ERS and program evaluations.
• Implement Creative Curriculum, OUNCE Work/Sampling assessments.
• Plan and execute developmentally appropriate activities and prepare safe environments.
• Maintain compliance with DHS health & safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, assessments, and children's work samples.
• Attend staff and parent meetings and complete required reports.
• Assists with meal prep and supports program implementation of new grants.
• Represent YWCA Greater Pittsburgh to families and the community.

Associate degree with 30 credits in ECE/related field + 3 years of experience
