YWCA Greater Pittsburgh is seeking a Program Coordinator for its Early Learning, Child Development & Education programs. The role ensures quality programming aligned with PA Early Learning Standards, NAEYC/Keystone STARS and CACFP, coordinating classroom support and administrative tasks.

You will work across Toddler and Pre-K classrooms, collaborate with a team, and engage families and the community to deliver comprehensive services.

Formación

• Demonstrated knowledge of PA Early Learning Standards, Keystone STARS, ERS and CACFP preferred.
• Ability to pass required clearances and health screenings.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Google Drive, Zoom, and Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily activities and supervise staff as needed.
• Plan and execute developmentally appropriate activities for all age groups.
• Maintain records and ensure DHS health and safety compliance.
• Engage with families and community partners to support services.
