The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking an Assistant Director for the Early Learning and Care program. This full-time, hourly role focuses on delivering high-quality childcare aligned with YMCA policies and state regulations, while ensuring a safe, enriching environment for children.

• Minimum of 2 years (2500 hours) of childcare experience.
• Degree from an accredited college or university in education or human services.
