Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs seeks an Associate Executive Director to oversee eight Early Learning Centers across the Hudson Valley and Capital Regions. Based at Union Ave, Union City, NY, you will report to the CEO and drive curriculum, staffing, and daily operations.

You will lead trainings, monitor program quality, manage payroll and schedules, and collaborate with marketing to boost enrollment while maintaining compliance with OCFS regulations. This exempt, full-time role requires travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience with children under 5 in a licensed facility.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with OCFS regulations preferred.
• Strong administrative and customer service skills.
