Healthy Kids Programs seeks an Associate Executive Director to oversee eight Early Learning Centers in New York's Hudson Valley and Capital Regions. Based at the Union Avenue office in New Windsor, NY, you will lead curriculum development, staff training, and daily operations to ensure program quality and compliance.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, coordination with CEO, and effective communication with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with curriculum development and creating lesson plans.
• 2 years’ experience working with children under the age of 5 (in a licensed childcare facility preferred).
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• 1 year managing staff in a childcare setting with Business Management experience.
• Familiarity with OCFS regulations preferred, but not required.
• Superior administrative and supervisory skills with experience preferably in a consumer-driven environment.
• Excellent customer service and parent communication skills.
• Track record of working as a team and helping to create a team-oriented work environment.
• Commitment to delivering excellent programs and managing personnel expenses.
• Must pass full background check including fingerprinting and reference check.
• Must be medically fit to perform job duties.
• Professional, reliable, prompt, warm, friendly, caring, and upbeat personality.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Streamline daily operations across all Early Learning Centers.
• Develop, adapt, and implement an early learning curriculum.
• Lead trainings and ongoing workshops on curriculum development and instructional practice.
• Conduct quarterly observations to ensure staff adhere to the schedule and curriculum.
• Oversee staff interactions with children and families and address issues.
• Onboard and train new employees and implement orientation procedures.
• Monitor payroll and time attendance using Paylocity for bi-weekly payroll.
• Ensure compliance with OCFS regulations across all centers.
• Travel as required.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize operations and enrollment.
