Trinity Christian Academy in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an ELP Assistant to support the ELP Vice Principal/Director and teachers. You will help maintain an efficient classroom, manage communications with parents, and assist with daily operations to create a safe, engaging learning environment for children.

This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, teamwork with staff, and proficient use of office software to handle administrative tasks.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare or related field.
• Completion of the DCF 45 hours certification.
• Completion of Florida Childcare and Education Director Credential
• Pediatric CPR and first aid Certification
• Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification is required

Description

The ELP Assistant will provide support to the ELP Vice Principal/ Director and teachers in maintaining an efficient and productive classroom and learning environment. This role involves various responsibilities, including communication management, assisting with classroom operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting administrative tasks. The ELP Assistant will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and safe learning environment for children and maintaining effective communication with parents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare or related field.
