Goldsboro YMCA is seeking an Early Learning Leader to oversee the Child Watch and Kids Zone programs in Goldsboro, NC.

The role focuses on maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for children aged 6 weeks–11 years, ensuring engaging activities, and upholding YMCA safety standards and policies. Part-time position with cooperative collaboration with Youth Programs leadership.

Child Watch serves children ages 6 weeks–5 years, while Kids Zone serves children ages 6–11 years.## QualificationsThis position ensures appropriate supervision and safety practices, maintains clean and organized program spaces, and helps provide age-appropriate activities that support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.The Early Learning Leader communicates professionally with parents and guardians, addresses program needs, assists with staff coverage and daily operations, and ensures YMCA policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed. The leader serves as a positive role model for staff and works closely with the Senior Director of Youth Programs to provide a high-quality experience for children and families.
