Job summary

Excel Learning Center is seeking an experienced cook to manage a large school kitchen and support nutrition for students. The role focuses on inventory, food truck intake, safety compliance, serving many students, and maintaining cleanliness within a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes attention to health guidelines, allergy awareness, and teamwork with supportive staff in a family-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it).
• Experience teaching young children.
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth.
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management.
