Job summary

Radcliffe Learning Center is a licensed childcare center seeking a Cook/Dietary Aide to join our family-oriented team. The role supports nutritious meals, kitchen cleanliness, and inventory management in a childcare setting.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED and a Serve Safe certificate, with background checks required. Compensation is $15 per hour, based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for eligibility.
• Serve Safe certification is required or will be pursued.
• Ability to pass all background checks for work with children.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals meeting program requirements.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and equipment.
• Manage monthly inventory for food and non-food items.
• Request budgeted items for equipment and supplies.
• Assist in classrooms as needed and support staff during breaks.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
